Comprising 213 buildings situated to the left and right, it features the most stately buildings of the villa. Some have a palatial appearance.

The houses, with a first level of ashlar, display medieval and Renaissance doorways with pointed or semi-circular arches.

The upper levels are Baroque with brick and decorated wooden eaves. Notable are the Baroque and neoclassical shields and coats of arms.
